To use Maak, you must:

Riders and drivers must treat each other with respect.
Drivers must drive safely and legally.
Cancellations should be made responsibly and ahead of time.
Users are responsible for their own behavior during trips.
Payments for rides are processed through the app.
Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy.
Drivers receive payouts based on completed rides.
You agree not to:
Use Maak for illegal or unsafe activities
Misrepresent your identity
Harm or harass other users
Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app
Maak provides a platform to connect drivers and riders. We are not responsible for any incidents that occur during rides, although we do our best to ensure a safe experience.
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate our terms, create unsafe conditions, or harm the community.
We may update or change features of the app without prior notice.
